AWS Architect (AWS Cloud SRE with Qualys Patching Config)
• Configure and implement Qualys Patch Management module for AWS EC2 environment
• Design and execute tag-based patching strategy (Env, OS, criticality, patch window)
• Set up patch baselines, patch jobs, reboot strategy, and exception handling workflow
• Ensure agent compliance, asset onboarding, and patch readiness across servers
• Drive non-prod and prod rollout with validation and compliance tracking
• Enable Vulnerability (VIT) remediation through integrated patching workflow
• OS-level issue resolution (Linux/Windows)
• Agent compliance and monitoring
• Incident/problem management support
• Collaborate with platform and operations teams for stability, reliability, and automation
• Strong hands-on with Terraform (design + build + troubleshooting)
• Create reusable Terraform modules
• Manage infra lifecycle (provision modify destroy)
• Experience with CI/CD-integrated IaC pipelines
Hands-on EKS cluster operations and management
• Cluster setup, node groups, scaling
• Workload management, resource optimization
• Linux (RHEL / Amazon Linux) + Windows administration
• System troubleshooting, performance tuning
• Hands-on handling:
• OS-level issues
• Server failures, disk/volume issues
Ability to manage CXO / Cloud Business Office / App teams / Platform teams
