Property Manager – Single-Family Residential
Lakeland, FL | $65,000–$70,000 Base + Bonus Potential

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of third-party, single-family residential properties. This is not an apartment community management role.

Requirements:
  • Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
  • Hands-on AppFolio experience (required)
  • Experience managing third-party single-family residential portfolios
  • Strong owner and tenant relationship management skills
  • Experience with leasing, renewals, rent collections, maintenance coordination, inspections, and evictions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
You'll serve as the primary contact for property owners while working alongside a dedicated support team that assists with leasing, applications, renewals, and maintenance coordination.
