Depending on certifications, appointments to this position could be as a Probation and Parole Officer I or II.
Pay Range:
Probation and Parole Officer I $36.43- $46.48
Probation and Parole Officer II $42.17- $53.85(Must be DPSST Certified for Probation and Parole at time of hire)
Washington County Community Corrections is now hiring for a highly collaborative and supportive individual to join our team as a Probation and Parole Officer (PPO). An essential function of this role will be supporting a caseload of people from various backgrounds.

Education and Experience:
Probation and Parole OfficerI
Bachelor's degree in any concentration,ANDThree (3) years of experience in corrections, criminal justice, counseling, social work, or a related field.Possession of aBachelor'sdegree in corrections, criminal justice, counseling, social work, or a related field may substitute for two (2) years of required work experience.OR
Associate's degree in any concentration,ANDFour (4) years of experience in corrections, criminal justice, counseling, social work, or a related field.Possession of anAssociate'sdegree in corrections, criminal justice, counseling, social work, or a related field may substitute for one (1) year of required work experience.OR

Probation and Parole Officer II
