Located in Fair Lawn, NJ, our facility brings together elite-level coaching, group fitness, sports performance, and integrated recovery, all within a welcoming, high-energy community. From everyday adults to serious athletes, we help people across North Jersey train smarter, recover faster, and get better every day.
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Member Services – Front Desk Associate who will serve as the first impression of Alliance Performance. This role is more than a front desk position, it is a vital part of the experience we deliver. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and passionate about creating an environment where every member feels valued, supported, and excited to be here.

Summary of Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
  • Create an Exceptional First Impression
    Warmly welcome members and prospective clients as they walk through our doors. Provide top-tier customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Manage Check-Ins & Daily Operations
    Oversee member check-ins for scheduled sessions and walk-ins, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and a smooth daily flow of operations.
  • Support Member Management & Administration
    Assist with registrations, cancellations, account updates, and general member management through our systems. Maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Maintain a Professional & Inviting Environment
    Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Ensure the space reflects the high standards of our training and recovery facility.
  • Assist with Membership Sales & Promotions
    Support membership sales efforts, promotions, and community events. Help prospective members understand our services and guide them through sign-ups or upgrades with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Communicate Clearly & Proactively
    Keep members informed of schedule updates, events, and promotions via calls, texts, and emails. Ensure consistent and professional communication at all times.
