About the Organization

Liberty Dogs is a premier Service Dog training program whose goal is to empower Veterans with disabilities to lead more independent and fulfilling lives - enhancing their well-being through the unconditional support that Liberty Service Dogs provide. Located on a 27-acre campus, it includes a training facility, dog housing, an administrative and multipurpose building, and accommodations for Veterans staying on campus to train with their Liberty Service Dogs.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will serve as the receiving source for deliveries onto campus. The role requires a highly detail-oriented, proactive professional with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and receive any deliveries on campus. Ensuring all items received are verified, appropriately documented, labeled, stored safely, efficiently, and tracked.
  • Distribute deliveries to the necessary departments, building or individuals as needed.
  • Assist Warehouse Technician with additional duties.
  • Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify a

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using both hand tools (e.g., shovels, brooms, mops) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, pressure washers) safely and effectively.
