Job description

Job Description For two decades, the Gregg Lynn Team has set the gold standard for luxury real estate representation in San Francisco. Ranked #1 in the city by sales volume in 2025 and among the top 50 teams in the United States, this team, part of Sotheby's International Realty, does not simply sell homes. It stewards extraordinary assets on behalf of the city's most discerning clients.

$3.1B in closed sales. A standard that does not waver. We are now looking for a Listing Manager who already understands what that means

We Know You You carry yourself with quiet polish. Your presentation is impeccable, and your professionalism is not something you perform. It is simply who you are.

You read every room, with clients, colleagues, and vendors alike, and you make people feel genuinely cared for without ever making the effort visible. You are a curator of details. A client mentions something they love in passing.

At closing, that detail becomes a moment. This kind of thoughtfulness does not feel like work to you. It feels like purpose.

You notice what others walk past. Something at a property is not quite right, and you handle it, because the details are never someone else's problem. You are a proven performer who takes full ownership.

Nothing in your lane ever slips. About the Team The Gregg Lynn Team operates at the intersection of market intelligence and fine art sensibility, a philosophy rooted in stewardship of the asset, the client relationship, and San Francisco itself. With clearly defined roles, a deeply collaborative culture, and a communication standard that matches their service standard, every member of this team is focused on a single prevailing goal: delivering the highest caliber of service and results to San Francisco's most discerning buyers and sellers.

Beyond the work, the team is genuinely invested in the city they call home. Team-building events, networking gatherings, and charitable partnerships with SFMOMA, the San Francisco Ballet, and SF-Marin Food Bank are woven into the rhythm of the year. Ranked #1 in San Francisco by sales volume in 2025 Top 50 real estate team in the United States $3.1B in closed sales over 20 years $250M to $400M closed annually Part of Sotheby's International Realty global network The Role You will own a portfolio of 5 to 15 active listings at any stage from preparation through close

Marketing materials are templated and refined, and a dedicated specialist handles larger creative initiatives. Your role is precise execution, elevated client care, and the quiet assurance that every listing reflects the team's uncompromising standard. This is a flexible in-office role based in San Francisco's Telegraph Hill neighborhood, with regular field presence at properties, shoots, and key listing moments.

What You Will Own End-to-end listing execution, including timelines, vendor management, collateral, and client communication. Vendor scheduling and on-site support for photography, videography, staging, and copywriting. Personalized, anticipatory client care from first introduction through a closing that feels considered and complete.

Liaison to Sotheby's International Realty marketing and transaction teams. Database management and sphere-of-influence outreach. What We Are Looking For 3 or more years supporting top-producing agents or teams in luxury residential real estate A polished, professional presence in the office, at properties, and in every client interaction Exceptional emotional intelligence and an uncompromising eye for detail Refined written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Google and Microsoft suites, Canva, Adobe, project management, and CRM platforms.

The Details Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus opportunities. Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave, plus a contribution toward medical benefits. Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 to 6, with evening flexibility and rare weekend availability for urgent business needs or communication.

Location: 117 Greenwich Street, Telegraph Hill, San Francisco, CA 94111. You live within a 40-minute commute of 117 Greenwich Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. You have daily access to a personal vehicle to use for work-related tasks.

You have a driver's license, and you carry insurance. How to Apply Pro REA Staffing looks forward to connecting with you. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but no calls or emails, please.

Please apply directly. If you seem like a good fit for the job, you'll hear from our recruiters at Pro R.E.A. Staffing about the next steps
