The Role

To manage the national approach to the assignment of Officials for USTA Pro Circuit and ITF World Tennis Tour events, lead the launch and continued success of a national OfficialsFirst assigning initiative to better support our providers and officials, ensure officials are evaluated and assigned based on a best-in-class system, and develop officials to support the organization’s growing need at higher-level events across the country.

Who You Are

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Professional Officiating experience preferred
• Officiating Certification(s) preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal qualities, strong service orientation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a "whatever it takes“ attitude to get the job done.
• Demonstrates experience in scheduling, logistics, and program coordination
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate ideas with passion.
• Proficient in utilizing computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Access and willing to do administrative work as required.
• Position is considered exempt.
• This position is designated as “hybrid/flex” in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements, updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. This role is eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) bonus up to 5%. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
