We are looking for a Private Wealth Associate who is a multi-tasker with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving practice. You are thorough, organized, an excellent time manager, and are driven to develop and grow in your role. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite
What You'll Do
  • Provide white glove level of service to clients, delivering administration of client financial accounts and associated money movement
  • Produce client balance sheet, meeting materials, interface with clients with all aspects of money movement and asset / liability management
  • Prioritize and organize workflow, and collaborate on all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
  • Onboard new client accounts through collection of client information and necessary documentation
  • Establish new investment accounts - drafting letters, preparing customer welcome packets
  • Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
  • Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, fund transfers and previous day activities to ensure accuracy
  • Process client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.)
  • Assist clients with establishing online access for statements and confirm
  • Maintain client files

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Work with clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
  • BA/BS degree in business, finance or related field preferred
  • Experience in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Acquire a working knowledge of the portfolio of accounts
  • High level client service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Series 7/66 or 63/65 required
