Ideal Background

โ€ข 2โ€“8 years of private wealth, trusts & estates, estate planning, wealth transfer, or tax planning experience

โ€ข Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, family offices, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations

โ€ข Experience with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust administration, succession planning, and asset preservation strategies

โ€ข Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, gifting strategies, family limited partnership documents, and other wealth planning documents

โ€ข Experience advising clients on gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning matters preferred

โ€ข Strong drafting, analytical, client counseling, and communication skills

โ€ข J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
