Protection Security Supervisor to join the MFC
Security Team in Grand Prairie, TX.
You will be an Infrastructure Protection Security Supervisor for our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets, while complying with relevant regulations and guidelines.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Infrastructure Protection Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national security standards, interpreting and implementing governmental policies, and representing the Infrastructure Protection Security Manager during your shift. You will also administer and support critical physical security role, support enterprise physical security initiatives, and develop and administer policies and procedures for DoD activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD 705, and Underwriter Laboratories (UL)
• Interpreting and implementing governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies. Representing site security manager during respective shift. Interfacing with site senior leadership
• Supporting enterprise physical security initiatives, employee awareness, and communications
• Administering and maintaining program information and metrics in a well-organized and accessible format
• Administering and supporting the administration, organization, and communication of Capital and strategic projects
• Developing and administering policies and procedures for DoD activities
• Functioning as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator as necessary
• Responsible for supporting crisis management response activities, and assisting with Crisis Management training exercises
• The candidate will assist in overseeing and managing on-site Law Enforcement and contract guard force
• Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call-out, and overtime required. Shift assignment is not guaranteed and based on the needs of the business

Basic Qualifications
• Must have the ability to work onsite full-time
• Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement or Industrial Security experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Must hold or be able to obtain a State of Texas private security weapons license
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Office
applications, access control / closed circuit TV
applications, Assured Identity, and badging
• Industrial Security related experience
• Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call-out, and overtime required
• Ability to work a third shift assignment
• Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years and be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired skills
• Possess a Top Secret clearance
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Prior emergency response, crisis management or first responder experience Industrial Security related experience
• Experience and knowledge of the NISPOM and LM policies and procedures
• Experience and knowledge of the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS)
• Experience with administering and managing video management systems, camera platforms, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, Central Monitoring Station Operations, voice recorders, key management systems, and radio communications
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral/written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in developing and presenting training materials to staff and others
• Ability to develop or assist in the development of solutions to problems which require ingenuity, creativity and innovation

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
