Job description

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts, proudly recognized as aCertified Great Place to Work and one of the Top 10 Employers in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe. Since 1938, BHN has provided high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health care to children, adults, and families across the region.

The Developmental Services Program assists residents with finding private-pay Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to further support their independence, autonomy, and daily living skills. Please note that this is a direct resident hire role. While BHN acts as a liaison to connect residents with qualified PCAs, this position is not directly employed by BHN.

What You'll Do

As a PCA supporting residents within BHN's Developmental Services programs, you will provide direct care and assistance with:

  • Personal care

  • Cooking and meal preparation

  • Housekeeping and laundry

  • Transportation and running errands

  • Participation in community and social events
