What are Private Jet Services?

Private jet services refer to the provision of aircraft and related amenities for private, non-commercial travel. These services typically include chartering a jet for personal or business use, offering flexible departure times, customized itineraries, and exclusive in-flight experiences. Passengers benefit from increased privacy, reduced travel times, and access to smaller airports not served by commercial airlines. Private jet companies may also offer membership programs, jet cards, and on-demand booking options tailored to clients’ needs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in Private Jet Services, and why are they important?

To thrive in Private Jet Services, you need expertise in aviation operations, customer service, and logistics, often supported by relevant certifications like FAA licenses or hospitality training. Familiarity with flight scheduling software, safety management systems, and high-end reservation tools is typically required. Exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills help professionals deliver personalized, confidential, and seamless experiences for VIP clients. These capabilities are crucial to ensure safety, compliance, and client satisfaction in this high-stakes, luxury-focused industry.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of someone working in Private Jet Services?

Professionals in Private Jet Services typically handle a variety of tasks each day, including coordinating flight schedules, managing client requests, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and overseeing ground operations such as catering and transportation. They often serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with pilots, maintenance crews, and vendors is also a key part of the role, ensuring that every aspect of the client experience is seamless and luxurious.

Description:

Job Title- Integrated Marketing Manager, Private Jet Services

Department- Marketing

Reports to- Chief Marketing Officer

Location- Remote

Who we are-

Founded in 1995, Elevate Aviation Group is the parent organization uniting Elevate Jet, Private Jet Services (PJS), and Elevate MRO under one standard of aviation excellence. We operate in the space between small operators and faceless corporations – large enough to deliver global capability, yet agile enough to provide true personal service. As we enter our fourth decade, we’re revolutionizing how we approach the market, combining decades of operational expertise with modern technology to deliver certainty, safety, and seamless experiences across every stage of private aviation – from charter to acquisition, management, and maintenance.

Summary of position- We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to own the full content and campaign marketing function for PJS. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and serving as the primary marketing owner for PJS across all enterprise verticals — corporate, sports, entertainment, UHNW, government, and hospitality.

You will be responsible for bringing the PJS brand to life across every touchpoint: campaigns, one sheets, email, social, events, and vertical-specific collateral. You are not a generalist executing tasks — you are a strategic content owner who understands enterprise client psychology, can translate complex service offerings into compelling narratives, and knows how to market a premium managed service to sophisticated buyers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

Campaign Marketing

  • Lead integrated campaign development across all PJS verticals from brief through execution
  • Build campaign architecture that serves both long-cycle enterprise sales and relationship-driven retention
  • Partner with paid media and PR agencies to ensure PJS messaging is consistent and on-brand across all channels

Content & Collateral

  • Own all PJS one sheets, pitch decks, capabilities decks, and sales enablement materials
  • Develop and maintain vertical-specific content tailored to corporate travel managers, sports organizations, entertainment agencies, government procurement teams, and hospitality groups
  • Ensure all PJS materials meet the brand standard: editorial quality, premium tone, zero ambiguity in value proposition

Email Marketing

  • Manage PJS email marketing end-to-end in HubSpot — campaign emails, nurture sequences, client communications, and reactivation programs
  • Develop segmented messaging strategies across the enterprise funnel: prospect, active client, lapsed client
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation & Intelligence Manager on list hygiene, segmentation logic, and performance reporting

Social Media

  • Own PJS social presence across applicable platforms, with content strategy calibrated to an UHNW and enterprise B2B audience
  • Develop an editorial calendar that supports campaign goals, vertical activation, and brand positioning
  • Distinguish PJS tone and content approach from Elevate Jet without creating audience confusion

Events

  • Support planning and execution of PJS client events, industry activations, and partnership-driven experiences
  • Develop event marketing materials, pre- and post-event communications, and on-site collateral
  • Coordinate with the CMO and events function on activations tied to strategic partnerships (e.g., TIGER 21, sports industry)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience with at least 2–3 years in private aviation or business aviation.
  • Demonstrated experience owning content and campaign marketing for a managed service, charter operation, or high-touch B2B product
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer behavior across corporate, sports, entertainment, or government verticals
  • Exceptional writing ability — you can draft a capabilities deck, a client email, and a social caption with equal command
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (campaign execution, segmentation, reporting) or a comparable CRM/MAP
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with creative, PR, and paid media agency partners

Preferred

  • Background in managed charter, fractional ownership, or jet card program marketing
  • Familiarity with UHNW audience marketing, wealth-adjacent media, or luxury lifestyle brand positioning
  • Experience supporting a sales organization with vertical-specific collateral and enablement materials
  • Exposure to partnership or co-marketing programs within sports, entertainment, or hospitality ecosystems
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content-focused roles
  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience preferred, particularly within private aviation, travel, or high-consideration services

Schedule & Travel

  • Standard business hours are expected for this role, however there may be times when nights or weekends may be required to meet business needs
  • Travel may be required up to 10%

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Elevate Aviation Group offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:

  • Health & Welfare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer-paid life and AD&D insurance; employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matchup to 5%
  • Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Additional Compensation: Annual discretionary bonus

Miscellaneous

  • FLSA Status – Full time, exempt
  • Lifting requirements – Up to 20 lbs
  • U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., both now and at all future times. The company is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
