Job Description:
We are working with a high-profile Private Equity company to fill a Tax Manager need, their Private Equity tax team is expanding and adding top talent as a result. In this role, you will have high visibility, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a highly collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Accounting required, master's in taxation or JD/LLM is a plus
  • CPA required
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, law firm, family office or private equity firm
  • 1 - 3 years' experience as tax manager
  • Big 4 and/or private equity company experience is a plus.
  • Proven staff management skills
  • Possess effective writing, communication and tax research skills
