Compensation: Approximately $95,000 Total Compensation (Base Salary + Food/Lodging Income + All-Inclusive Housing/Utilities/Internet + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus)

We are seeking an ambitious Club Manager or Co-Club Managers to oversee operations, daily food services, housekeeping, reservations, property management, and groundskeeping, ensuring member and guest satisfaction. Ideally suited for a co-manager team, this position comes with an all-inclusive on-site two-bedroom house.

About Us: Founded in 1893, we are a member-owned hunting and fishing club in Michigan’s northern lower peninsula. The club boasts a rustically elegant lodge, three private lakes, dedicated wildlife habitat, and more. For members and their guests, it's not just a place for outdoor pursuits – it's where memories are made.

What You'll Do:

  • Day-to-day kitchen and housekeeping operations
  • Meal planning, preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Lodging and dining reservations management
  • Inventory management and ensuring quality supplies.
  • Facility walk-throughs and cleanliness maintenance
