Job description

Role: Hybrid Agile Delivery & Project Management and RTE [Bilingual]

Type: Hybrid
Location: Montreal, Quebec 

Summary

This role is responsible for driving the endtoend delivery of complex, crossteam initiatives by combining scaled Agile execution with strong project management discipline. It provides clear, executivelevel visibility and actionable insights to support informed decisionmaking, enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and foster aligned, highperforming Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe or equivalent) practices
  • Remove impediments and actively manage crossteam dependencies
  • Enable continuous improvement and delivery flow
  • Drive continuous improvement and alignment
  • Own integrated delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions
  • Track and report on delivery progress, forecasts, and financials
  • Lead release readiness, change management, and governance checkpoints
  • Ensure delivery adheres to enterprise standards and controls
  • Prepare and present outcomefocused delivery updates, risks, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights
  • Provide concise status reporting, forecasts, and decision options
  • Proactively escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies

Experience Profile (Ideal Candidate)

  • Must have at least 7+ years in Agile at scale delivery (Experience as an RTE, Scrum Master)
  • Must have at least 7+ years of direct work experience in a project management
  • Must have certification such as PMP or similar
  • Strong handson experience with Jira, Confluence
  • Comfortable operating in fastpaced, highly visible environments
  • Fluency in both official languages (French and English)
