Job Role: Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
USC AND GC ONLY
Need 10+ Years of Experience only!

Here is the JD:
The following skills sets are required:
  • PM needed with Healthcare exp plus Medicaid background
  • PM needed with integration exp with BCBS exp
  • Requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience with project management in mid to large scale or high visibility business initiatives/projects with varying complexity.
  • Proven customer, requirements, and project management skills and experience. Additional desire for testing skills and experience.
  • Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success.
  • Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency.
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel
  • Experience with developing and maintaining project documentation, scope, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with business process modeling using Visio or similar tools.
  • Experience gathering and managing requirements/stories in Word or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience and knowledge of industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques from BABOK (preferred) or PM-BA.
  • Experience and knowledge of industry standard project management methodology and techniques from PMBOK.
