Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programs for Manufacturing and Automotive enterprises. The role involves managing large-scale Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery while aligning business outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation programs (single or multi-org) from inception through stabilization.
• Manage multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Govern delivery across cross-functional teams (Salesforce architects, developers, Client, QA, integration, data, change management).
• Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
• Lead Salesforce programs covering: Dealer / Distributor network enablement, Aftermarket service operations (case management, service contracts, entitlements), Warranty & claims management, Assets / Installed base & serial number tracking, Parts ordering, returns, and service logistics, Fleet, B2B, and multi-site account hierarchies, Ensure Salesforce solutions align to OEM, Tier-1 supplier, and distributor operating models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business sponsors, IT heads, and Salesforce COEs.
• Drive executive steering committees, QBRs, RAID discussions, and milestone reviews.
• Manage expectations across global stakeholders, resolving conflicts related to scope, priority, funding, and timelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong expertise in Salesforce delivery
• Experience in stakeholder governance
• Experience in ERP integration programs
• Experience in large-scale rollout management
• Experience in sales processes, aftermarket service, warranty, assets, and supply chain–adjacent processes
• Ability to own end-to-end program delivery
• Experience in managing multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Ability to govern delivery across cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, developers, Client, QA, integration, data, change management
• Experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
