SUMMARY: The Print Press Operator prepares and prints designs onto paper before they undergo the heat press process. The heat press is then used to transfer these designs onto casino table fabric, often using heat and pressure to make the transfer permanent.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. Therefore, the ideal candidate for the Print Press Operator is a detail-oriented, craftsman that applies precision skill in printing designs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow print schedule, print the sales order paperwork to start organizing the files needed to be produced.
  • Prepare printing machines for the workflow, i.e., loading the paper and ink.
  • Organize and review all files prior to sending to the printing machines.
  • Complete the Manufacture Form for each job.
  • Tag and organize each job according to the order and release to press production to complete the job.
  • Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis, ordering or requesting additional supplies, as necessary.
  • Monitor printer operations and respond to fault, error, or alert messages.
  • Complete daily & weekly maintenance for the printing machines.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues with machines to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have prior experience running a high-volume dye-sublimation printer, with the ability to also run a heat press as needed.
