About Fer & Square

We are a high-speed premium design and print studio specializing in custom packaging, product labels, stickers, and large format printing. We produce packaging with UV printing, embossing, spot gloss, and specialty materials on fast turnaround times.

What You’ll Do

We’re hiring a Printer Operator with wide format print production experience to support creative design in a fast-paced environment.

Print Production

  • Upload and manage print jobs in Roland VersaWorks and Summa GoProduce RIP software
  • Operate and monitor printing equipment
  • Review work orders for print specs, materials, ink usage, and turnaround times

Quality Control

  • Inspect prints for color accuracy, alignment, resolution, and defects
  • Adjust files and printer settings to maintain high-quality print output

Qualifications

1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Production: packaging, label, and large format printing Design
  • Print Production: workflows, file prep, and prepress
  • Printer and Plotter Operation
  • Strong Proficiency in RIP Softwares such as VersaWorks7, Onyx and Summa GoProduce
