Mail Print Operator

Onsite - Erlanger, KY

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

$16.50 an hour which may be below your states minimum wage.  Please take this into consideration when applying. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
  • Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
  • Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
  • Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to clear criminal background and drug test
  • Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640-$37,050.
