Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking bilingual English/Spanish production workers to join a high-volume, state-of-the-art production facility in Frisco, TX. This role operates in a fast-paced screen-printing environment, supporting large-scale production across multiple automatic presses.
Previous experience preferred but will train the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a team-oriented culture, with strong leadership and a clear path to long-term career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automatic multi-head screen printing presses (10–20 head machines)
  • Set up print jobs, including screens, inks, and garment alignment
  • Monitor and manage supplies at their press (Ink, Screens, Emulsions, etc.)
  • Make real-time adjustments during production runs to maintain standards
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine upkeep
  • Oversee effective quality control processes at the print press
  • Maintain production pace in a high-output environment
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous screen printing or print press operator experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate multi-head automatic presses
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented mindset

Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $19.50 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
  • Train on 1st shift for two weeks and then transition to 2nd shift.
  • 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday (1:30 PM –1:00PM) | Friday (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Saturday as needed
