Position Summary


The Manager Of Print On Demand is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Hebron, Kentucky, manufacturing and distribution facility. This role oversees warehouse operations, production, inventory management, quality, safety, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. This manager drives operational excellence through KPI management, cost control, workforce development, and customer service execution while ensuring a safe and scalable operation that supports company growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operations for the Hebron POD manufacturing and distribution facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable execution across warehouse, production, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute operating plans, capacity strategies, and labor models aligned with demand, service requirements, and company objectives.
  • Own site performance through KPI management, including productivity, labor efficiency, quality, service, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment; drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations organization by coaching supervisors and leads, strengthening accountability, and building bench strength through training and cross-functional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, layout, labor utilization, standard work, and process discipline to improve throughput, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee facility labor and operating budgets, identify savings opportunities, and ensure disciplined cost management against plan.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align staffing, priorities, and service execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, operational policies, and standard operating procedures while fostering a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

  • Organized, motivated, flexible, and with a solutions-based outlook.
  • Four-year degree in manufacturing, logistics, materials management, operations, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years leading managers and supervisors.
  • Experience managing multi-shift operations REQUIRED.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data; ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills.
  • Familiar with and capable of working the entire MS Office suite; knowledge of automated or computerized system operation, including ERP or MRP systems.
  • The successful applicant will be a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced team environment; strong ability to manipulate data for efficient analysis; demonstrates initiative, is cost conscientious and provides complete follow-through on all aspects of responsibility; excellent time management and communication skills.
