The company specializes in revitalizing and repositioning multifamily properties with locational advantages in markets with high barriers to entry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead asset management for a portfolio of multifamily communities located throughout the United States, including assets managed by both in-house teams and third-party management companies Drive property financial performance by analyzing and optimizing NOI, occupancy, revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and overall investment returns.
