Job description

Job Summary:
KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multiple Data Analytics programs, ensuring successful execution and providing technical support as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the execution of multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless program execution.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to executives, highlighting program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support the Data Analytics teams in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs
• Strong Software automation within semiconductor equipment
• Strong technical background in data analytics, with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• PhD degree
• Semiconductor industry background strongly preferred
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
