Senior Workday Integration Engineer

Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.
  • Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.
  • Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.
  • Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.
  • Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, acting as SME for defect validation.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience, including requirements gathering, functional design, data analysis, data mappings, data validations, and testing.
  • Strong ability to interact with technical, functional, and business teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR/Compensation business processes.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
  • Experience in creating process and data flow diagrams.
  • Experience in creating test scenarios and test cases.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IIBA or PMI Certified Business Analyst certification.
  • Functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience with payroll systems and integrations with vendors like ADP.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr or Practitest.
  • Experience in designing custom IT solutions.
  • Experience with global deployments.
