Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered solutions and digital transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful business impact
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and advisory engagements to uncover business challenges, opportunities, and product requirements
  • Drive complex process transformation efforts while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities
  • Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and solution architectures to recommend scalable, value-driven approaches
  • Shape solution designs, prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts in partnership with engineering and architecture teams
  • Translate strategic business goals into product requirements, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Lead prioritization of AI product investments using business value, technical feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness considerations
  • Guide cross-functional teams through product delivery, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Establish success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to validate outcomes and ROI
  • Provide executive-level communication, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations regarding AI opportunities and investments
  • Mentor stakeholders and contribute to the development of AI product management best practices across the organization

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience owning and driving product strategy, product roadmaps, and business outcomes for complex technology initiatives
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, document intelligence, conversational AI, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and data teams
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale process transformation and technology modernization initiatives
  • Experience shaping business cases, product investment strategies, and executive-level recommendations
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs across business value, customer impact, technical complexity, and organizational readiness
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently while providing Principal-level leadership and strategic guidance
  • Excellent documentation, product storytelling, and roadmap communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience serving as a Principal Product Manager, Product Director, AI Product Lead, or similar senior leadership role
  • Experience designing or launching AI-enabled products from concept through production deployment
  • Familiarity with AI solution architecture, machine learning lifecycle concepts, and modern cloud platforms
  • Experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
  • Expertise with Agile product management frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Product methodologies
  • Exposure to multi-agent AI systems, advanced automation platforms, and intelligent orchestration frameworks
  • Consulting or strategic advisory experience supporting executive leadership teams

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) is preferred
  • Product Management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis, AI, or Cloud certifications are highly desirable
