Job Description: Parsons is seeking highly experienced Principal All-Source Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Experts to support U.S. Cyber Command. In this role, you will serve as a senior analytic authority supporting a Cyber National Mission Force J2 customer. You will provide expert-level all-source intelligence analysis, analytic leadership, mission integration, product review, and senior stakeholder engagement in direct support of cyberspace operations and national security priorities. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD or Intelligence Community experience, a strong understanding of cyber mission operations, demonstrated expertise producing and reviewing high-impact intelligence products, and the ability to shape analytic approaches across a complex, fast-moving mission environment. What You'll be Doing: * Serve as an all-source intelligence subject matter expert supporting CNMF J2 mission priorities, cyberspace operations, operational planning, targeting, and senior leader decision-making
* Lead complex analytic efforts that fuse all-source reporting, cyber threat intelligence, operational context, adversary behavior, geopolitical developments, and mission partner inputs
* Frame analytic methodologies, establish product quality standards, and guide intelligence production across multiple concurrent mission priorities
* Translate commander's intent, operational needs, and strategic priorities into focused intelligence requirements, analytic lines of effort, and production strategies
* Produce, review, and refine executive-level intelligence assessments, threat assessments, target support packages, operational intelligence products, briefings, white papers, and crisis-response products
* Provide expert analytic insight on adversary cyber actors, malign influence actors, cyber-enabled threats, infrastructure, capabilities, intent, TTPs, operational patterns, and strategic implications
* Identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection strategies, and coordinate with collection managers and mission partners to improve intelligence coverage
* Lead or support working groups, analytic exchanges, mission synchronization forums, product review boards, and senior-level briefings
* Mentor senior and journeyman analysts on analytic tradecraft, intelligence writing, sourcing, confidence language, briefing discipline, customer engagement, and mission integration
* Coordinate with J2, J3, J5, J39, targeting, collection, operations, interagency partners, and other stakeholders to align intelligence products with operational decision points
* Evaluate analytic workflows, product formats, and production timelines; recommend improvements that increase relevance, timeliness, rigor, and operational impact
* Represent Parsons and the analytic team professionally in customer-facing engagements with senior government, military, and mission partner personnel Minimum Requirements: * Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
* Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant all-source intelligence, cyber, military, DoD, IC, national security, operational planning, targeting, or analytic leadership experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* Demonstrated experience serving as a senior all-source analyst, analytic lead, mission lead, production lead, intelligence planner, targeting analyst, or senior advisor in a DoD or IC mission environment
* Expert knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft, structured analytic techniques, source evaluation, confidence statements, intelligence writing, and ICD 203 analytic standards
* Experience producing and reviewing senior-level intelligence products, strategic assessments, threat assessments, target support products, intelligence estimates, white papers, or operational briefings
* Experience leading analytic teams, mentoring analysts, managing production priorities, and briefing senior military or civilian leaders
* Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous, and high-volume reporting into coherent assessments that support operational and strategic decisions
* Experience working across intelligence, operations, planning, targeting, collection, and interagency mission partner communities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting, briefing, editing, and product review
* Ability to operate independently in a dynamic mission environment and provide sound analytic judgment under compressed timelines Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Cybersecurity, International Relations, Political Science, Regional Studies, Data Analytics, or related field
* Previous experience supporting USCYBERCOM, CNMF, NSA, DIA, Service Cyber Components, Cyber Mission Force teams, Combatant Commands, or national-level cyber missions
* Deep understanding of cyber operations, cyber threat actors, APTs, malware ecosystems, adversary infrastructure, foreign cyber services, cyber-enabled influence, defend-forward concepts, or national mission force operations
* Experience supporting J2/J3/J5/J39 integration, operational planning teams, targeting boards, collection management boards, intelligence synchronization forums, or senior commander decision cycles
* Experience with target systems analysis, target development, link/nodal analysis, network analysis, target package development, JIPOE/IPB, or adversary infrastructure analysis
* Familiarity with M3, TAC, Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, FADE/MIST, RMT, Intelbook , or comparable IC analytic and reporting tools
* Experience designing analytic frameworks, production battle rhythms, quality control processes, or knowledge management workflows for intelligence teams
* Formal military or IC intelligence training, such as 35F, 1N0, 0231, IS, 0132, or equivalent all-source analytic background Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
