Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer / Chief Engineer to join our West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is passionate about technical excellence in land development and water resources. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical advisor, providing leadership and guidance on complex projects while mentoring engineering staff and supporting strategic growth.
What you'll do:
  • Act as senior technical advisor on complex land development and water resources projects.
  • Provide high-level design expertise, review, and technical oversight to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead and support project teams through planning, design, permitting, and delivery phases.
  • Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for technical problem-solving and decision-making within the firm.

Ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
