Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Support hedge fund & PB clients and institutional trade desks
  • Provide operational support on reporting and trade research
  • Manage unmatched trades and fails, investigate disputes and erroneous bookings
  • Conduct internal reconciliation of Prime Broker Client transactions
  • Resolve aged fails with clients and contra brokers
  • Provide intra-day settlement status to clients
  • Perform and present client metrics analysis
  • Articulate data-driven insights to clients, business units, and counterparties
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processing efficiencies
  • Interact with Front Office Business Unit and internal support departments
