The successful candidate will partner closely with project managers, construction leadership, engineering teams, operations personnel, and executive stakeholders to ensure schedules accurately reflect project scope, sequencing, constraints, resource requirements, and delivery objectives.

If you are the person others turn to when a project falls behind schedule or when a complex project schedule needs to be built from scratch, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Performing float analysis and schedule health assessments
  • Diagnosing schedule slippage and identifying root causes
  • Developing practical schedule recovery plans
  • Optimizing schedules through logic adjustments and resource planning
  • Communicating schedule risks and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders

This individual will function as a trusted advisor and scheduling expert who influences project decisions and drives successful project outcomes.

  • Support implementation of corrective action plans
  • Partner with project teams to improve delivery timelines and execution performance
Reporting & Executive Communication
  • Develop schedule dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and presentations
  • Communicate project forecasts, risks, schedule health, and recovery strategies
