What is primal health?

Primal Health is an approach to wellness that focuses on aligning modern lifestyles with the evolutionary biology of humans. It emphasizes natural movement, whole foods, adequate sleep, and stress management based on ancestral practices. The goal is to optimize health by returning to basic, natural habits that our bodies are inherently adapted to. This can include dietary changes, increased outdoor activity, and mindfulness. The Primal Health philosophy is often associated with the Primal Blueprint and similar ancestral health movements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a primal health coach, and why are they important?

These skills ensure clients receive effective, personalized guidance and support for sustainable lifestyle improvements.

Collaboration might involve coordinating care plans, sharing client progress updates, and aligning strategies to address nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits.
