We're hiring an Orthotic Technician to join our manufacturing team in Tonganoxie, KS. In this role, you'll build custom orthotic devices that help improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and likes a structured, steady work environment. While every orthotic is made for a different patient, the manufacturing process is consistent, making this a great fit for people who enjoy repetitive, detail-focused work.
No orthotics experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated, dependable individuals.

What You’ll Do
· Manufacture custom orthotic devices to precise specifications
· Shape, grind, trim, and finish products using specialized equipment
· Operate grinders, band saws, CNC equipment, and other fabrication tools
· Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process for quality and accuracy
· Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
· Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards

· CNC, machining, fabrication, woodworking, or assembly experience
· Experience using shop equipment such as grinders, routers, or band saws
· Quality control or precision manufacturing experience
