As a Senior Advisor, Pricing Management and Commercial Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping decisions that drive the companyโ€™s performance, profitability, and growth.

You will be at the center of pricing strategies, financial analysis, and strategic planning, working closely with multiple internal partners.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and deploy pricing strategies and largeโ€‘scale commercial initiatives, including postโ€‘implementation followโ€‘up and inโ€‘depth analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify business opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to budgeting exercises and strategic planning.
  • Ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment around pricing strategies and anticipated impacts.
  • Develop recommendations, optimize, and ensure consistency of pricing structures, processes, and methodologies.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical tools (pricing models, calculators, dashboards, etc.) to support strategic decisionโ€‘making.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Information Management
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or comparable tools)
  • Solid business judgment with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • High level of autonomy, strong sense of ownership, and ability to deliver projects endโ€‘toโ€‘end
  • Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken
