Ton rôle au quotidien

Relevant du vice-président TI, le ou la responsable ERP assure la gouvernance, l'évolution, l'optimisation et le support de la plateforme ERP de l'entreprise. Il agit comme lien entre les équipes d'affaires (finance, approvisionnement, production, ventes, logistique) et les équipes TI.

  • Définir la feuille de route ERP et prioriser le portefeuille de projets en fonction des besoins d'affaires
  • Gérer les budgets liés aux initiatives ERP et administrer les relations avec les partenaires externes
  • Analyser les processus manufacturiers, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et les gains d'efficacité, et standardiser les pratiques à l'échelle des différents sites
  • Soutenir les initiatives Lean et les projets d'amélioration continue
  • Planifier et coordonner l'implantation de nouveaux modules ERP, le déploiement de nouvelles usines ou filiales, les migrations de données ainsi que les activités de tests et de mise en production
  • Superviser les ressources ERP, former les utilisateurs-clés et assurer le soutien de niveau 2 et 3
  • Assurer la gouvernance des données, veiller à la qualité des données maîtres et développer les indicateurs de performance (KPI) ainsi que les tableaux de bord
Ce qu'il te faut pour réussir
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, administration, génie logiciel, génie informatique ou domaine connexe (atout)
  • 5 à 10 années d'expérience ERP, dont au moins 3 ans en milieu manufacturier
  • Expérience avec les solutions ERP telles que Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), SAP, Epicor ou Infor
  • Solide connaissance des processus de production, de la planification des besoins en matières (MRP), de la gestion des inventaires, de la logistique et de la comptabilité manufacturière
  • Leadership transversal et capacité à mobiliser les parties prenantes
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du changement, en gestion de fournisseurs et en analyse d'affaires
  • Forte capacité de vulgarisation, vision stratégique et aptitude à communiquer avec des intervenants de différents niveaux
