VMR Strategic Solutions is seeking a Navy- Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Financial Analyst Level III to support our client’s complex financial management initiative. The ERP Financial Analyst will customize and configure workflow to all the integration of client/server applications. Ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. Work on complex N-ERP projects, develops efficient and effective processes and ensures client requirements are meet. This position will require candidates to apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. The N-ERP Financial Analysts Level III is responsible for drafting, editing and typing correspondence that include reports, memos and reading materials.

Duties

  • Prepare and remediate financial data for migration to Navy ERP to include an end-to-data assessment
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas or office scripts) and interrupt and analyze data into usable formats for the client
  • Develop and deploy scheduling tools that will aid in providing improved efficiency in the analysis, reporting, and presentation of information
  • Prepare reports for commitment, obligations, expense, and liquidations Automation, Creation of Labor actuals and projection tool via N-ERP reports and NSC Manpower report, and funds projection
  • Create tools to ease the process of projecting labor dollars and FTE. Reconcile between projected and actuals to ensure client has accurate information for Budget phasing and execution
  • Automation/Creation of Daily Status of Funds tool via N-ERP reports and client Spend plan
  • Modify N-ERP tailored reports to get information to output necessary data

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum four (5) years of experience as a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in accounting or business management-related discipline
  • One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM, or CDFM
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP financial modules within Navy ERP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel(Including macros, pivot tables, formulas or office scripts) and Microsoft 365 Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be proficient in automated office software suites to include word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail, electronic distribution of documents, and databases, including use of software for presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
