Job description

Emerson’s DeltaV SaaS SCADA Sales Support Specialist will ensure a seamless quote-to-order process and play a critical role in sales operations. You will be responsible for generating accurate and timely customer proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting pricing and product configurations through price book management.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Prepare, review, and finalize customer proposals, quotes, and bid documents
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and terms
  • Ensure all proposals align with company standards, branding, and contractual requirements
  • Manage revisions and version control for proposals throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM for active opportunities
  • Support price book management, including product configurations and discount structures
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across proposals and alignment with company policies
  • Coordinate with finance and leadership on pricing approvals and updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve proposal generation and CRM workflows
  • Assist in documenting and standardizing sales processes
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations or proposal management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Products
