Registered Nurse - Occupational Health
Location: Ironton, Ohio
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Rate: Local: $46/Hour | Traveler: Up to $2,126/Week
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 40 Hours Weekly
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Occupational Health to support employee health and wellness initiatives in an occupational health setting. The ideal candidate will provide preventive healthcare services, health screenings, wellness coaching, and employee health support while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
โ€ข Occupational Health Nursing experience required
โ€ข Experience administering flu vaccinations and biometric screenings
โ€ข Knowledge of primary care and preventive health services
โ€ข Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently and manage employee health programs
Responsibilities
โ€ข Conduct employee health assessments and wellness evaluations
โ€ข Administer flu vaccinations and support immunization programs
โ€ข Perform biometric screenings and health monitoring activities
โ€ข Provide health coaching and preventive care education
โ€ข Deliver basic primary care services within scope of practice
โ€ข Evaluate employee health concerns and provide recommendations
โ€ข Maintain accurate employee health records and documentation
