Job description

Program Manager

The Opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy in support of the Health Cyber group. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting cyber programs, project management, or information security

  • Knowledge of information security project management

  • Ability to lead and manage project teams

  • Public Trust

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting federal health organizations such as NIH

  • Experience mentoring and leading junior staff

  • Knowledge of business development and federal acquisition process

  • Ability to clearly communicate with executives and IT and cyber federal leadership

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
