No two days are exactly alike. One shift may include preparing breakfast and lunch for golfers, while the next may have you helping execute a wedding reception, corporate event, holiday party, or golf tournament. What You'll Do
As a Cook, you'll help prepare and present high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and hospitality.
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, banquet, tournament, and special event service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience every day.

Successful candidates will have:

• Passion for hospitality and great food.
• Pride in producing quality work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant, banquet, hotel, or golf club kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one within the required timeframe).
