We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategic sales plans. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about retail management, customer service, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Assess customer needs, home layout, heating requirements, and design preferences.
  • Recommend appropriate fireplaces, stoves, inserts, mantels, and accessories.
  • Explain product features, benefits, fuel types, efficiency ratings, and safety considerations.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for products and installation services.
  • Upsell complementary products such as hearth pads, venting systems, mantels, and maintenance plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
