Your leadership will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about retail management, customer service, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Assess customer needs, home layout, heating requirements, and design preferences.
  • Recommend appropriate fireplaces, stoves, inserts, mantels, and accessories.
  • Explain product features, benefits, fuel types, efficiency ratings, and safety considerations.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for products and installation services.
  • Upsell complementary products such as hearth pads, venting systems, mantels, and maintenance plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
