Job Summary:
Reporting into the CCO, the VP, Retail Stores & Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational practices demonstrated in our retail stores while continuing to identify and create ways of efficiency and enhancement. You will liaise with HQ teams on systems, routines, audits, and administrative functions that have a direct relationship to our stores. You will be a problem solver and key contact for our retail stores, navigating solutions to our POS and vendor related services. You will be the leader of store process and procedures while supporting the organization with scalable operational solutions. Project management, organization, flexibility, multi-tasking, and communication are key competencies that are needed in the role to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Store Operations
  • Oversee retail stores daily through troubleshooting, system compliance, transaction auditing and overall operations support.
  • Manage operations team in sourcing information and product knowledge to build cohesive training videos, manuals, and materials from scratch for all retail locations.
  • Own communication with retail teams to ensure supply levels are adequate and systems are properly functioning.
  • Leads with communication and rollouts. Act as liaison and facilitate HQ requests and communications between corporate and retail.
  • Oversee problem solving that affect the store's guest experience, efficiency, and productivity.

Project Management / New Store Openings
  • Look to continually improve our platforms and systems by vetting out tools and technology that will enhance the way our retail stores communicate and operate.
  • Oversee project managers on all new platforms and systems while working cross functionally for successful pilots and rollouts.
  • Work with the Store Development Team on all new store opening projects.
  • Be the direct lead in project managing the timing, utilities, vendor setup and supply ordering/acquisition of all related and needed items for opening and store use.
  • Organize frequent communication amongst all in the know business partners on relevant dates surrounding all aspects of a new store opening in partnership with the Store Development team.

Salary target range is $225.000-250.000 based on candidate experience and expectations.
