Position Title: President & CEO
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you'll have the opportunity to build and scale the organization while working alongside an established nonprofit that provides operational support and resources. If you're a visionary leader who thrives on building organizations, cultivating relationships, and delivering measurable results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a national level. As President & CEO, you will shape the organization's strategic direction, grow its national membership, increase fundraising, build influential partnerships, and serve as the public face of the organization.
This position involves executing strategic plans, expanding membership, and increasing funding while overseeing day-to-day operations. This role demands a proactive approach to fundraising and member engagement, as well as the ability to influence public policy and industry conversations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that emphasizes community impact and organizational growth.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $190,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Outline and achieve fundraising goals
  • Increase membership and enhance member value
  • Lead national member engagement and host organizational events
  • Maintain strong Board relations and ensure accountability
  • Oversee website updates and manage IT coordination
  • Execute the organization's strategic plan with measurable goals
  • Grow and retain members nationwide
  • Lead fundraising efforts with various stakeholders
  • Serve as the public spokesperson and advocate for the organization

Requirements:
