Position Summary

Builds and helps deliver Milestone PowerPoint presentations with Q&A segments required for each department, County Fire, HCC Departments, and ITD.


Key Responsibilities

• Design PowerPoint presentations and handouts summarizing Milestone deliverables and outcomes.

• Incorporate graphs, charts, and metrics to illustrate identified outcomes and improvement areas.

• Support live delivery of presentations and manage Q&A logistics with department stakeholders.

• Ensure presentations are submitted electronically for County review and Acceptance prior to delivery.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building executive-level presentations, ideally in a consulting environment.

• Strong PowerPoint design skills and data visualization ability.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting alongside technical SMEs to non-technical audiences.


Travel

Occasional onsite travel for live Milestone/Executive presentations; remote for design work.
