Summary:
In this role, you will support the Indirect Spend Consulting team by conducting analyses, providing project management support, and assisting with operational initiatives that drive client performance improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, develop presentations and recommendations, and proactively support project delivery to help clients achieve savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of savings initiatives focused on achieving performance targets and operational improvements.
  • Collect and validate data from various client source systems, including patient financial, materials management, and decision support systems.
  • Conduct analyses of spend, clinical, operational, and performance improvement data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop presentations and reports that translate data and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations for client performance improvement.
  • Support senior consultants during client engagements through research, presentation development, meeting preparation, status reporting, issue tracking, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project activities and assist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to support project execution and successful implementation of consulting recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, tools, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication of project updates and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Construction required.
  • Experience in facilities management, construction, or a related indirect spend environment preferred.
  • Client-facing experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of indirect spend categories, facilities operations, construction, or related business functions preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings through clear, effective presentations.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
