Job Description
A Presentation Designer is, at their core, a Graphic Designer who creates captivating and innovative presentations for our clients. You'll play a vital role in the design process from start to finish, shaping concepts and bringing them to life. Whether working independently or collaborating with a team, your creativity will shine, and you'll always have the unwavering support of the entire design team. This position may also develop and maintain relationships with key clients, providing excellent customer service and giving clear communication of client expectations.
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
*This is a fully onsite role*
Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that simplify and visually communicate complex information.
  • Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional, consistent appearance.
  • Create data visualizations, charts, and infographics that communicate insights and tell the overarching story effectively and persuasively.
  • Ensure quality of work by performing checks and verifying that information is accurate.
  • Design templates and create graphics that visually enhance the content of presentations and documents.

Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have proven technical and process knowledge of standard graphic arts software packages and have previous experience in a digital prepress environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with design and data visualization tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent design sense with awareness of current design trends.
  • Ability to produce a variety of collateral materials, such as layouts, brochures, display visuals, and imagery for presentations.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Capable of translating complex data into visually compelling formats.
  • Strong understanding of branding, with the ability to work within established brand standards.
  • Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.

Additional Information
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $25.00-36.97/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
