**What We’re Looking For:**

We’re searching for dynamic leaders who have:

- **5+ years of child care experience** (a must!).

- A **completed 40-hour Director’s Training course**.

- Knowledge of **Bright From the Start rules** and regulations.

- A valid **Child Development Associate (CDA)** certification.

- A **High School Diploma or GED** (Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or education preferred).

- The ability to **build strong relationships** and lead with enthusiasm.

- Experience working with children, plus leadership, flexibility, and collaboration skills.

- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the center.

- Work with the Center Administration team to coordinate with staff, parents, and students.

- Ensure students thrive in our programs, including after-school and physical activities.

- Drive student enrollment and engagement in professional development opportunities.

- Maintain open and positive communication with staff, students, families, and community members.

- Support the Center Manager and Leadership Team with additional duties as needed.

**Compensation:**

Starting at **$33,000 per year**, based on experience.

**Schedule:**

Monday to Friday

Shifts between **6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.**
