Job description

Position: Preschool Instructional Assistant

Qualifications:ย 

1. Must be a team player with a love for children and desire to positively impact the lives of others.
2. Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
3. CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
4. Must be physically able to use a computer with proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
5. At least 1 year experience working with children of a similar age required.
6. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, however, a degree in Early Childhood Education or similar is preferred. ย
