Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the prepress department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
  • Manage a team of prepress technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all prepress work is completed accurately and on time, meeting, or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, working with the team to find solutions and prevent future problems.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest prepress technologies and techniques and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in prepress operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of prepress software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, and Preps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
