What You’ll Do

· Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations

· Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready

· Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives

· Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution

· Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability

Requirements

· Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment

· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

· Technical curiosity and interest in systems, workflows, and process improvement

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

· Print, production, mailing, or prepress experience

· Exposure to workflow automation, storefronts, data processing, or production systems
