You will use your daily Prep Sheets to set priorities and make sure everything is ready on time. Use the Prep Cook & Dishwasher Checklists to start and organize your shift. These include your sidework and your responsibilities. Some of your important responsibilities include:
Setting up the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
Before we open, and before the next shift, our areas should be 100% organized, clean, and ready for service. Make sure that:

- Storage areas are organized and ready for any deliveries
- Sinks are set-up for dishes and/or prep
- You have all the tools and supplies needed for the day
- Outside is clean, attractive, and in good shape for our guests
- The back door, loading, and dumpster areas are clean, organized, and secured properly
- You have today's checklists and prep sheets

- Restrooms stay clean and stocked
- Storage areas stay organized and deliveries are put away quickly and properly
- Sinks are set-up for as needed and cleaned and sanitized between uses
- Outside stays clean, attractive, and in good shape for our guests
- The back door, loading, and dumpster areas stay clean, organized, and secured properly
- You are using and updating today's checklists and prep sheets
